There were stains on the bed The shower head didn’t work We ran out of hot water after 1 bath In the kitchen area nothing worked except the microwave

"Standards below professionalism"

Staff

No bedmats, just cold floor in winter! No mirror to blow dry hair. There was no backup plan for electricity that went off. In dark the evening only candles. Couldn't make coffee to warm up. No soap at bath. No extra blankets. No aircon to warm up room. Pillows totally warn out and definitely not up to standard. 2 single beds together, not good condition as you feel the Rindge where it comes together and hurting you when holding your partner.
