"was less than what was offered we thought there will be a swimming pool. no aircons poor cutlery"

No Breakfast was served it was self catering,

The yacuttsi tub was not working. it was cleaned once and water was filled, thanks for that.

Nothing, I didn’t like a single thing about that place

The location is awful, there’s no parking and the staff member was very rude and couldn’t communicate, he’s a Malawian guy and can’t speak English or any vernacular

The location was just wonderful, next to everything we needed. And the care taker was friendly and made us feel comfortable. We felt very safe in the premises. We will definitely come back in October this year
