Excellent location, right in the city center and on the main road of Montepulciano. The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, large bathroom. Although the windows of our room faced the main street, they were well soundproofed so it was nice and quiet. Warm welcome from our hosts, they gave us a lot of info about what to visit or where to eat well in Montepulciano. Also, we had a very good comunication with them before arriving at the location with all the required details. Thank you Luisa & Giuseppe, you are doing an excellent job!

The WiFi is not very strong or stable, but this is something common in the city due to the thick stone walls. This will not affect our good opinion about the property.

AMAZING! We only stayed for 1 night, unfortunately, but the apartment was beyond great. It had everything you’d need. Location-wise, it is perfect—right in the middle and on the main street. We loved it. We’ll definitely come back! Also the hosts were super friendly and kind, thanks a lot!

Absolutely amazing. Everything. The man on the recepcion was really kind.. He give us some information about the city, And saying lot of things about city. Its really kind. The room was really great And nice.. thank you So much And do we know where we can going if se go to toscania.
