Very quaint, clean and attention to detail. Enjoyed my stay. Felt comfortable and safe

Unfortunately, WiFi was giving problems and bath water was lukewarm. But other than that, great place to stay.

"A jewel in the Karoo."

My husband and I had the delight of staying at Karoo Khaya. Our hosts, Megan and Pete, were friendly, inviting and accommodating. Our little chalet was clean, tidy and decorated with personal touches. I real modern interpretation of a khaya. We found a welcoming note with much needed OBS 😃. A volume of information about who, what and where of the town, it's history and suggestions with information on places to visit and explore. We had fresh milk ready in the fridge to enjoy with a freshly brewed cup of coffee, and rusks to go with it. The gardens and pathways have so may hidden treasures like spades, milk cans, sign boards, all from the past. All the shops are in walking distance, and it's wellnworth every step ypu take through the town. A real gem.

We had no complaints at all.
