Kev the owner goes WAY WAY WAY beyond the extra mile at Victoria Villa. Extremely friendly and efficient. Spotlessly clean throughout, and the most terrific cooked to order breakfast you could imagine. Highest quality ingredients and thoroughly delicious! Absolutely right in the centre of all the Clacton fun, but surprisingly silent all night. Easy 5 stars, thanks Kev, will definitely be back! Best value for money hotel I can remember.

What didn’t I like? Only the fact I only had time to stay one night. In a heartbeat I’d stay here for longer given the chance.

Exceptional clean - not a spot of dust anywhere and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The mattress was not very comfortable.

Uncomplicated easy stay.

Not having en-suite, was aware when booking made. Breakfast was ok, had to prompt for toast as forgot. Juice was forgotten, only addressed when other guests came in.
