"The best B and B in Clacton"

The owners are absolutely fabulous. Welcoming from the moment you arrive and throughout your stay. Can’t rate this place enough be a short or long visit to clacton this is the place to stay.

immaculately clean and so many thoughtful extra bits to make you stay as easy as possible. it's really difficult to find a family room of five this room could fit six it was perfect for us . parking was important to us which we had, and the breakfast was very yummy, with very friendly hosts.

"It's is a guesthouse I recommend to everyone."

We were delighted to have separate beds for our four children and found parking place in the guesthouse. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The dining room made us feel at home with a good breakfast and hospitality.The guesthouse is close to the beach.

Lovely and clean, breakfast was excellent, and there was good communication as to if I needed anything else . Friendly ,comfortable, and safe . Wish I could have stayed longer and will be back .

I couldn't find anything i didnt like .

All I can say is wow. Extremely clean, tidy, comfortable and breakfast was the best we have tasted. Karen and Kevin can’t do enough for you, such a wonderful couple.
