Ohana Boutique Hotel

It's a very small hotel with the owner living on site. Owner was welcoming in general. Room was comfortable and the dinner served was good.

Whilst owner was welcoming, she was not very helpful if there were problems. The flush in the bathroom was not working very well from the start and she was uninterested in fixing it, suggesting we had somehow damaged it. The hotel is also not well marked from the main road, although satnav could locate it easily.

The location is exquisite, a combination of very good taste between argentinian design, transylvanian feeling (ciubǎr available and ... God level view of the Meridional mountains from Romania) and ofcourse, the good romanian warm feeling of greetings and customs from the staff. The place is very remote and we TOTALLY recomend it for people that want an escape from the crowded cities that you come from, so you may completely relax with the multiple diversity of things available here and within the surroundings.

The road that leads to the property is still not paved, however, this will be a very good challenge only for the real brave to worth coming to this beautiful nature hidden gem.

Location was so special and tranquil. Just what we needed ! Loved meeting the owner Ohana and her family. The food was lovely and we left feeling very relaxed.

If you order a meal, it takes some time before receiving it but before you order it, they give you an estimation of the needed time

Ohana was very kind and hospitable. She had all kinds of ideas what we could do during our stay and gave good advice. We had a lovely room with a balcony with a view of the mountains. Breakfast was good. Her soup and Samala were very tasteful.

For me the bed was a bit hard but my husband slept well. Our room shared a wall with the lounge where people can smoke. To me this caused some trouble being allergic. Ohana helped me out with offering a different room.

It was a best experience that we had . The personal is nice .everything was so clean . Quiet.
