Fab little guest house . Perfect location in a gorgeous town. Staff so friendly and the manager was very helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

It is an older building but that didn’t matter.

Waterside Guesthouse is situated along the river, and is quite picturesque! Our room faced the river with two dormer style windows that opened wide to let in the fresh air. We loved the large ceiling beams and the structure of the building. My husband fell in love with the building, in fact! The restaurant served dinner the night we stayed (Saturday), and breakfast was great!

The beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable, but we were so tired from our adventures that we slept hard anyway. Also, parking was a bit difficult, but we managed!

"It had everything,from lovely Irish welcome and some lovely people along the way."

Location was wonderfull,what a beautifull place.lovely b and b.excellent staff so helpfull .and a delightfull breakfast.

Nothing to dislike in this beautifull place along the river had a great walk to St Mullen.amazing.
