The Village

Quiet neighborhood with a great location. Comfortable beds. Nice yard. Great off street parking. Avi is a great host. Very helpful and friendly but not the least bit overbearing. We needed a couple of forms printed and he graciously offered to help.

Came to visit my sister who lives in LA. Was my first visit to the city and couldn't have found a better stay. Host made checkin process smooth and easy and was very available to answer any questions. The backyard was a chill place to have a morning cup of coffee. The room had a great little kitchen that got some good use. The bed was comfy and the room was private. The neighborhood was quite and safe. All around great value place

Avi is a great host and communication with him is really straightforward. We really loved sitting out in the garden, with fresh figs from the tree. Rooms are absolutely as described, location is great for Studio City, Melrose, Hollywood etc. Any questions or services (like recommendations or ironing/laundry) Avi helped us immediately. Make sure you walk round the corner to the Great Wall of Los Angeles (a mural history of the US)

Avi was welcoming and he made sure we were comfortable. All was very clean and the garden nice and quite. The area was safe and a big choice of cafe and restaurant nearby.

Excellent location due to proximity to family. I enjoyed the privacy that the property provided and the hospitality of the host. The kitchen set up was perfect for us and I appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodations.
