The Village

Avi the owner has been a great host. Our plane was total 8h hours delay and Avi welcomed us in the middle of the night. Great and safe location, quiet and close from busy Hollywood at the same time. charming little studio with access to the garden. It was unfortunately raining in LA so couldn’t enjoy it as much but we had a great time at the village !

There was no breakfast. Kitchenette but coffee maker did not work. Had to get food to eat.

Shower was nice. Rest of bathroom was small and uncomfortable.

We loved the location and parking availability. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner was super helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend this VRBO.

This was a good size studio. I was very appreciative of the full- size fridge. The backyard garden space is lovely. This was a comfortable space to be in with my adult son. I used the couch bed (I'm on the small side) and he used the bed. The location was perfect for our needs to be near family in the Northridge area. Avi was super responsive to questions and addressed any needs. He was always pleasant and courteous.

Very patient and pleasant host. Friendly and ready to help. Free parking near the house. TV, kitchen, microwave, utensils, towels - all were in the right place.

The room itself had not so new furniture, was not very clean. Very strange that the natural gas has to be supplied by the host himself, not by us.

Avi is a great host and was very responsive with anything we needed. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our entire stay. having our own space was a blessing in hindsight since after spending the day sight seeing and searching for parking it was nice to have a spot ready and available at The Village. I will definitely be looking to stay here again when I come to LA!

I liked that it was fully stocked, kitchen had microwave, plug in stove, Keurig but bring your own inserts, it had plates and utensils, even sponge and dish soap, big refrigerator, big backyard. This 2 bedroom suite has a shared wall with the main house but still private. Your own entrance. Felt safe, three beds total. One bathroom with shower/tub. Had tvs in the rooms, sign in to your own stream service and don't forget to sign out. Owner was kind and responded to my messages in a timely manner.

The host is very nice and helpful. He makes sure we will have what we need. It has a nice yard and the location was great for us.
