"It was convenient."

The location was very good and Avi was very nice.

The room we rented was a converted garage and needs to be improved. The appliances were old and tired looking. The TV did not include any local channels. The bathroom grungy and the closet contained a dresser which blocked the use for hanging clothing. The other 2 rooms were more presentable but the one that we rented was not worth the price.

"Great!"

The host was really friendly and available. Respose time was phenomenal. Enough beds for 3 couples traveling together. Has microwave and big refrigerator/freezer combo. Backyard has darts game which you can play to kill time.

Only con was there is only 1 restroom.

comfortable, good parking, nice host, quiet, room situated so our activities didn’t disturb anyone else, kitchen for cooking, good water pressure

lack of walkable pubs &restaurants - need transportation, but convenient for driving places
