The location is excellent, has all we needed for our stay

I had nothing I liked there! It felt like we were cheated!

The place is really bad! Not recommended from any category! Not clean, bath has stains, very old house, small towels which don't get dry (low quality), the owner didn't even put a soap in the bathroom. We had only 1 toilet paper for 5 people for 5 days! No place to sit, kitchen is terrible, we didn't even drink water, as the glasses were dirty and each one different the the other. We counted the hours to leave! NOT RECOMMENDED and very disappointing! The owner should renovate, put nice sheets (the color of the sheets are kind of light yellow which gives another aspect of old place), closets are old and the smell is so bad!

Everything was great, Avi the host was super nice, helpful and friendly. The place is roomie, quiet and comfortable. The backyard is a great for chilling out, have dinner and a barbque. Close to main attractions and yet safe and peaceful neighborhood.

The owner was available and very helpful for anything we needed. The location is very convenient and in a great neighborhood.

Dirty bathroom, kitchen and dishes.

Avi did everything to help make us feel welcome. It was simple, but perfect for our needs. The backyard was just gorgeous and the kids loved playing outside.

Our host was wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable. The property has a dreamy backyard with a lovely lemon tree, sitting area and a grill. The room were spacious and the beds comfortable. The area is beautiful and quiet, really close to Universal Hollywood Studios

There wasn't a stove, there was a hot plate that you could use, we chose to grill instead and it worked out great.

Avi is a great host -- personable, friendly, informed and not intrusive -- and the location is convenient and secure. The (shared) back yard is a big plus.

The description of our room was a bit exaggerated. It was not a suite but a studio, and everything -- bed, chairs, bathroom -- was a bit smaller than one might have imagined. Other rooms are a bit more spacious.
