The Village

Location is great, quiet and being close to Universal city, and host Avi is very responsive, and we could tell he really makes effort in keeping the place clean.

Mentioned to Avi that AC in both rooms had issue in being consistently working, that it would work for couple minutes then stop by itself while the room temperature was not reaching set temperature, didn't try cooling function though, just the heating part.

Unit was very clean. The kitchenette had everything that one needed to make meals. Location was quiet with garden in tge back. Host Avi was excellent in communicating before check in and offered assistance if we needed it.

We needed two beds and the sofa bed that pulled out was a little uncomfortable after two nights. Two very small chairs at the little table to eat at. Labels about products in the shower were confusing.

Perfect location for families who want to be together but also would like a little space. We rented 2/3 rooms available and both had everything you could need. Avi was a wonderful host and very responsive to my messages and questions. The backyard was great for enjoying breakfast and letting the kids run around. The home is in a very safe and quiet neighborhood with restaurants within walking distance. It's a 12-minute drive to Universal Studios!

Quiet residential area, clean room with lots of storage space, full size refrigerator, full kitchen. Host Avi was friendly and available for assistance. Large back yard with fruit trees, patio and bbq grill.

This is a lovely little apartment with a beautiful back yard with figs and lemons for the taking. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It was very easy to access. The property was simple but very nice.

... excellent location....the room(s) were spacious and clean.....staff was excellent!....very calming and relaxing atmosphere....will def stay there again...thank you, Avi...
