No communication from property prior to arrival. Had to phone for instructions to get in, and where the key was left.

The bedrooms and kitchen/lounge area was nicely decorated.

There were no drinking glasses in the kitchen. The wood supplied was damp, too few pieces of firelighters and matches. Cleaning staff should rather arrive after check-out.
