"Good stay thanks to the nice staff"

The staff, Raj, is totally nice. His Ganga guide is helpful and full of information. The fee of the guide and the taxi to the airport are affordable.

Hot water was not coming (the staff tried to fix)

"Very disappointing. We want our money back!"

Location

The entire experience was extremely disappointing. The bathrooms are unbelievably small—you can barely stand inside, and taking a proper shower is impossible. The property is poorly maintained, dirty, cluttered, and very uncomfortable overall. Considering the condition of the rooms and facilities, this place is grossly overpriced; it is nowhere near worth ₹5000 per night and feels more appropriate for a ₹1000 stay at best. The guest house itself is tiny, old, and visibly deteriorating. Many fixtures were already broken, yet the staff attempted to shift the blame onto previous guests. This level of neglect and mismanagement is unacceptable.
