Al-Ayaan Guest House

The location is just beside a large stream of river gushing from mountains. The host Muzaffar helped arrange the local taxi and pony at a very nominal rate for visiting points like Betab Valley, Aru Valley, Mini Switzerland which are near by; also home-cooked meals were too good. Some of the places were closed for tourists due to Amarnath Yatra but he ensured that we are not bored so he showed us some unexplored hidden places across the Lidder River which were equally beautiful as mini switzerland.

It is located in Ladipora which is a little bit far from the Pahalgam market but all tourist points/valleys are near by.

The staff was good, though the rooms (and the bathroom) are small. I went in the peak tourist season and was lucky to find a place without burning my pocket!

I like the clean washrooms and rooms, the location is exceptional. I will strongly recommend you to avoid the luxury hotels and resorts and stay at Al-Ayaan Guest house which is truly in the lap of nature with beautiful outlook, nearby flowing river with melodic sounds, beautiful lawn and cooperative staff.
