1) They are not providing Toothbrush and paste 2) For Three guest they are providing only two water bottles each day. 3) Breakfast only one Variety they will provide by own. 4) Roads are very small and very difficult to park the car. 5) No proper AC & it's not working for some time.

Staff is polite and available whenever needed anything, rooms are big enough and clean

They only serve brakfast at once..if you need more there is no option available i think..

Parking was only constrain

The location of the property is good as it is in the centre of North goa and very near to candolim beach . Both the rooms we had one was a pent house and another was a normal one , were really good. Host Gulzar was helpful and cooperative enough.

Breakfast options can be made better. 1st day we got bread omlet where the bread was very hard and was not fresh enough. 2nd day Puri bhaji was good but was sourced from outside , so by the time we are it was already cold and Puri had become soggy. Washrooms were clean but it had a typical drainage smell throughout our stay .

Location near the beach. Gulzar, the caretaker is soft spoken and very obedient.

The stay was extremely pleasant... Neat and clean rooms, value for money. Gulzar, the care taker was very helpful. Walking distance from candolim beach. Much recommended:)
