The location as it's pretty close by candolim Beach just a few minutes walk and the beach is clean less crowded and beautiful

The staff approach. Not accomodative and understanding at all. Neeraj was very adamant and rude.Not hospitable at all. Only money matters to them. They don't want to give service. The breakfast options were so pathetic.

Everything about this property was good - perfect location, spacious rooms, staff, cleanliness, facilities, comfort, value for money. I have no regrets and will definitely visit this property. Shoutout to the Gulzar. Gulzar did a great job of making us comfortable, was all time available for any help.

Location is near to beach, in good area, staff is very good and cooperative

Location is bit inside, images are different from room, no network signal, no wifi or very low speed on wifi, gallery or balcony are different from images

Breakfast was good , main credit goes to care taker he always available there for any help, that makes stay more comfortable and value for money 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Breakfast was ok. They served Aloo Paratha in breakfast with a small sachet of sauce. It was home made and the taste was ok. At least two options shall be provided.

Food Quantity was not adequate and no food choices were available. No Tea or coffee sachets were provided. Not even glasses were there to drink water. They shall provide proper breakfast with couple of options in solids and liquids too.

Beautiful place, walking distance to beach, Clean and neat rooms.
