Cozy guest house Downtown

We had a great stay at the Cozy GuestHouse Downtown! The location is perfect, in the mid of the center close to many restaurants and bars! The room is big, extremely comfortable, clean, and newly furnished! The host, Stefania and her family, were very friendly and welcoming! She responded promptly whenever we reached out to her and she helped us find good restaurants and beautiful beaches! I highly recommend this place!

We had a lovely stay at the Cozy Guesthouse Downtown! The owner Stefania helped us immediately with our problem we were facing, and she and her family were very hospitable (even shared some local suggestions and some welcome drinks). The rooms are very clean, cozy and the location is excellent, very close to the main streets and restaurants in Olbia. We were very happy!

If you come by car it’s difficult to find a parking spot, since it’s very limited and the streets are tiny. However, this will be an issue with all the accommodation in the central area that doesn’t offer private parking.

Stefania’s guest house is so charming. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and very cozy. We felt welcomed- Stefania is a wonderful hostess. The location is very convenient- close to the central streets with shops and restaurants, yet it is very quiet. I will highly recommend the guest house and if I get to visit Olbia, I will definitely choose to stay at Stefania’s place and would only hope that it is available:)

Beautiful, spacious room, a few minutes walk from the centre, but tucked away in a quiet street. Owner super helpful.

Great location in the city center, providing easy access to a variety of restaurants, cafes, and public transport. Stefania, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was impeccably clean, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Olbia. The host was kind and welcoming, and answered all of our questions about the area (bus routes, where to buy tickets, etc.) as well as providing recommendations for restaurants etc. the guesthouse was very comfortable and in a great location just a 1-2 minute walk from the city center where you can find many restaurants, cafes, and shops. It was also a less than 5 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to the beaches and airport. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting olbia!
