Great location in the city center, wonderfull host, clean and comfortable room

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom at times, something with the plumbing probably

The room was spacious, well appointed, and the entire house, spotless. It felt like staying in someone’s en-suite guest room. Liked the terrace a lot and was glad Stephanie reminded us on check-in that it was there. Appreciated the maps left in a basket so that I could verify where we were headed for dinner. Because Stephanie’s B.com listing does not state that she offers breakfast, she over-delivers in what she DOES provide, which is a wrapped muffin, juice, a lovely instant coffee or tea bags, cream and sugar, and water. It was enough, and enjoyed up on the terrace. The lodging was easy to find from the bus, and easy to get to a bus the next morning that took us back to the airport. There were ample pleasant dining choices about a seven minute walk away.

if there is a code to getting inside, it might have been nice to have (through Booking or Whatsapp ) when we arrived at the time that we said that we would arrive. Waited no more than 5 to 7 minutes once we let Stephanie know we were on the doorstep.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful owner. Thank you Stefania! The rooms (No.1, ground-floor) were absolutely tidy, beautifully decorated and - as the name says - very cozy. We particularily liked the tiny inner courtyard and the roof terrace. We can very much recommend!

Nothing. There was not a single thing that could be criticised.

Size and cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Owner was very helpful answering all questions and giving directions. Easy check-in/out. Short walking distance to restaurants. Literally 20 min door to door from the airport by public transport (bus).

If I have to answer this question, then the mini fridge in the bedroom could have been quieter.

It is really lovely place with much love for details in the house. The rooftop terrace is great, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom has a high standard. The accommodation is central located and easy for the way to the airport. Stefania was really nice and we recommend this place in every way.

Nothing! Everything was great!

Very spacious, calm, clean and comfortable suite with a great big bathroom. Great Guesthouse in a central neighborhood. Close walking distance to restaurants and 2 Piazzas, which while we were there happened to have a lively food festival. Location is 10 min drive away from the airport. Stefania was quick to reply in communication, helpful with recommendations and welcoming once we arrived. She also recommended using a paid parking lot close by and despite that, we luckily found parking on the street Would’ve stayed there longer in a heart beat.

Nothing really. Although be aware, the breakfast included is basic italian breakfast. A small brioche and makings for tea or coffee.

The property is located in centre of Olbia and you have very easy access to all amenities and restaurants. Property was very clean and Stefania is a great person and happy to help with anything you need.

Parking can be difficult sometimes

Lovely and very kind host. Very close to the city center amd well accessible by public transport.

Really nice rooms and guest house overall. Perfect location, next to everything but still quiet. Nice host. We were also allowed to store or luggage after checkout. Fridge in the room with complimentary water and even a softdrink. Nice rooftop. I totally recommend this place.

Mattress was really soft, but everyone has different needs, so this was the only downside for me.
