La ubicación.

Después de pasar tres noches y cuatro dias no limpiaron, ni cambiaron las toallas. No hay personal para poder atender cualquier tipo de duda. La cama era incómoda con dos colchones unidos por una sabana que se separaba poniendo en el anuncio que era cama grande.

Great location, very clean and AC worked phenomenally. The check in was very easy and well explained!

The bed was incredibly comfortable with amazing bathroom and great A/C after a long day exploring the Cinque Terre. Great size, easy check in!

It was definitely further from the train station than anticipated (a good 20-30) walk so if you’re staying to explore the cinque Terre definitely factor that in.

We didn't have hot water at some time because of the failure on the water heater. After contacting the agency, the owner came immediately (even though it was late at night, around 11pm) and solved the problem

The kettle was a bit dirty, there was some residue of coffee on the bottom. It's a bit inconvenient to go to the bathroom outside of the room so it should be noted when booking a room (Shelly). However it is clean and private, and it is not a big problem. Fridge would also be nice to have, at least a little one.

Washroom was spacious. Perfect location and responsive host!
