Everything was very clean am de comfortable. The lady was very kind to us. We had a problem with te sink and she sent a person to fix it. Just for info: the room doesn’t have a view to the city. The view is at the back of the buildings close to the trash, but it wasn’t a problem for us.

The room doesn’t have fridge, neither a small one.

The bed was double, but there were 2 single mattresses put together instead of a double one (a bit unconfortable). The room wasn’t very clean (I found hair on the bathroom floor, the floor itself was a bit dusty and the towels had some stains). There were no curtains on the windows, so I had to let the neighbours look inside or close the blackout panels. The room and the corridor had a smell that was not so pleasant. I would suggest to add some ambience perfume. There was no physycal key (apart from a magnetic key) so I couldn’t physycally lock myself in the room (I would have felt safet if there was the possibility to lock the door).

Room was comfortable with airconditioning. We had a private bathroom but it was seperate from the room however this did not worry us. The room is only a short walk to nearby restaraunts and approx 20 minute walk to the train station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great if you're looking to explore Cinque Terre. About a 25 min walk to train station so be prepared for that. Place was absolutely perfect. It didn't have a few of the facilities mentioned (iron) but it was no problem.
