The hotel room was in a good location with a great view. Close to restaurants and bars and opposite the beach. Comfortably appointed and clean hotel room, with good A/C. Would stay there again :)

Ideal for couples seeking a seaside getaway. Very good value! The property was very well kept and in a great location right on the waterfront with great views. Many restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is also a public car park nearby. The property consists of two apartments, one above the other, each with four separate bedrooms with separate locked doors and en suite bathrooms. There is a small spiral stair joining the two apartments, but this is blocked off and cannot be used, so to go from one apartment to the other - our group had rented rooms that were on two floors - you go out to the public stair. The owner was punctual, responsive and helpful.

The word “house” in the title is a little bit misleading since it is two separate apartments, each with 4 separate rooms. The shared areas in the apartments are quite small; there is a table where 4 people can sit. (Though it was not a problem for us, the space would not be enough if two groups wanted to hang out at the same time.) There was no breakfast/coffee, though we were offered 20% off at a nearby restaurant; we didn’t make use of this.

The hotel allowed us to check in early after an overnight flight from the US. They were super accomodative. The hotel was in the heart of the action in Anzio. Easy walk to beaches, restaurants, town square, parks and museums. Perfect hotel to stay for a long weekend.

I wish they spoke a bit more English - but we were able to communicate via Google Translate.

It’s a luxury house, modern and very elegant .

The WiFi was getting disconnected every 5-10 minutes. That was the only inconvenience.

The location was great, between the harbour and the beach. 5 min walk to the Piazza, lots of restaurants close by.

The door of the building didnt open from inside, but that was solved during our stay.
