"Perfect stay in the heart of Modica with stunning views"

The property is centrally located, beautifully furnished with Italian vintage vibes. Everything was clean and tidy. The terrace with jacuzzi and breathtaking views over Modica Bassa was truly special. We really felt like home, even if our stay was only one night long. The hosts were very friendly and available for all needs. It’s the perfect place to explore the spectacular Modica, be it for a short stay or a longer one!

"Needs some TLC"

The location was perfect. The bed linens were fresh and smelled clean.

This hotel has so much potential, but it is being run into the ground. There is bird poop covering almost every square inch of the outdoor space. There was a huge mold growth in our room. Look at the picture attached. The room smelled like the mold looked. Very unsettling. I'm was relieved that we only booked one night.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Every corner of the house is enchanting. Our room was big and confirtable, the bathroom had a big bathtub.

That we didn't book more days just to enjoy the beautiful property. Would have love to stay in, have an amazing meal, and enjoy the beautiful terraces of the property.
