Definitely the location and the surrounding garden. Felt like you were going home every day. Rooms always cleaned beautifully. The cafe we had to walk to for breakfast was delightful.

We loved it all...just to let you people considering this accommodation, there are many steps to negotiate in and out. Breakfast is not catered for on the premises We didn't mind as we loved our morning walk.Great location

Very nicely decorated rooms, rustic but chic. the outdoor is amazing, with terraces and outdoor Jacuzzi. rooms and communal spaces are well equipped.

no specific negative comments. wifi was a bit low from time to time.

"Real palace in beautiful Modica"

It is the best place I have stayed in Sicily This is real palace. The room is big The hotel design is a mix of old and new. Very beautiful garden

Order the room without breakfast. The hotel does not provide breakfast. You get a voucher for a coffee in one coffee shop about 1K from the hotel.
