Hotel Mylos

The view from the hotel was incredible. Was able to watch the sunset. Room was spotless and cleaned everyday with fresh towels left. Location great. Fabulous helpful staff, Suella and Anna.

If anything negative, the room was small but really not a dislike.

The staff, particularly Suela was outstanding. We ran into trouble renting a Quad 4 x 4 and she went above and beyond to help us sort the situation out. And yes, the view was incredible.

Great location, view. Outstanding service/assistance from receptionist and staff-above and beyond. Loved breakfast tray delivered every morning.

The private balcony is definitely worth it. Not shown in photos but it is 100% private and made the stay so amazing sitting there each afternoon and night.

Friendly staff with a good location and an amazing sunset view !

We had the caldera view room and the view was indeed spectacular. The spacious terrace was a great place to sit and enjoy the beauty, especially at sunset. Breakfast is delivered in the morning, and we enjoyed this view while we ate on the terrace. The location is great; it's a 15 minute walk down to the central bus station in Fira but is a quieter place to stay than most of Fira. Special thanks to Suela who was welcoming and attentive. She had great suggestions for restaurants and activities and made our stay extra nice. The room was spacious and very clean. Housekeeping even had a new towel display each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay and would definitely stay there again.

Only suggestion - add blackout curtains because there are lights outside both windows at night.

Poor customer service from Christina at reception who did not make us feel welcome at all made for an uncomfortable stay here.
