Il B&B è in una tranquilla via (di fronte all'ingresso del palazzo c'è la questura) a breve distanza dal centro di Matera (10/15 minuti a piedi dai Sassi). La camera era molto carina, ristrutturata di recente, molto ampia e ben arredata. Comodissimi i letti ed anche il bagno di buone dimensioni. Comodissimo il parcheggio; ci hanno anche inviato via whatsapp una foto del parcheggio all'interno del cortile; che però abbiamo visto solo dopo aver parcheggiato nei dintorni (quindi non era difficile parcheggiare).

Purtroppo le stanze sono a piano terra ed è quasi indispensabile dover tenere finestre e tende chiuse (per fortuna le finestre sono su una strada secondaria con pochissimo passaggio di auto e persone

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum. W pokoju mała kuchnia do przygotowania posiłku. Jest kuchenka mikrofalowa, lodówka i inne przybory kuchenna. Samochód zaparkowalismy w darmowej strefie w uliczce za rogiem obiektu

Muy buena ubicación cerca de los sassi, la habitación cómoda y muy limpia (con kitchenette que no utilizamos), buena estadía en general (se accede por código, buena comunicación con los administradores), estacionamiento gratuito en los alrededores

Francesco entrou em contato com antecedência e foi nos explicando. O quarto é muito bom , moderno, bem decorado e aconchegante. Cama boa e chuveiro. Estava limpo e cheiroso

Tive dificuldade de encontrar o quarto dentro do prédio, fiquei um pouco perdida , mas deu tudo certo com as orientações do Francesco . Senti falta de uma água no quarto. Esquecemos de comprar e não tinha nada aberto no horário que chegamos.
