Posizione strategica, con parcheggio gratuito in loco, a due passi dal centro. Camera fornita di tutti i servizi, con possibilità di cucinare se lo si desidera. Bar, pasticcerie, forni e ristoranti eccezionali nelle vicinanze. Il proprietario di una gentilezza unica. Se torneremo a Matera, soggiorneremo volentieri di nuovo qui!

Tutto durante il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Unico neo, se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da migliorare, è la pulizia/sostituzione di alcuni elementi d'arredo (tendaggi/cuscini/copriletto).

La cama era cómoda y la habitación está genial, está bien ubicado cerca de los Sassi andando unos minutos.

Encontré pelos en el cajón donde está el secador, lo demás si estaba todo limpio.

Asse del water che non era fissato bene e la guaina del vetro doccia un po’ rotta … cin la porta ferro che ogni tanto si incastrava

"Opción asequible cerca del centro."

Buena ubicación, a 5 min del centro histórico. Cocina suficiente pare apañar una cena rápida. Habitación espaciosa, acogedora y limpia. En los alrededores hay pizzerías con buena calidad a precio asequible. Está en frente de la comisaría.

El parking en los alrededores es zona azul y muy limitado. No hay trato directo con el arrendatario.
