South Valley

Very nice clean facilities with parking and elevator. Room just as in the pictures. Great view from balcony. Supermarket right across the street and 2 bakeries in walking distance. Excellent Wifi.

Walking distance to center 10 min in description, however it's a very steep climb. In one of the room we had the balcony was full of bird feces and it looked like it had not been cleaned recently. This made it difficult to enjoy the balcony. Parking is difficult in the center and street very narrow. Didn't care for Agrigento very much. Too many cars. Only few restaurants in walking distance you will need transportation to reach.

Very clean and comfortable. Andrea was very helpful and even came and picked us up in the rain.

The location is quite good, 13 mins walking from the train station. There is a bus stop a few meters away, however buses schedule can be a bit unreliable. The room was spacious, gorgeous view, as I had a balcony. A fully equipped kitchen with a table as well. The building is incredibly clean with a beautiful retro entrance, fitting for one of Wes Anderson movies.

There was a whiff of sewage in the room, and I was told due to strong winds the smell was carried from elsewhere, yet I had to keep spraying perfume for the first couple of hours. The colour scheme is quite nice, however the curtains are quite light, so with the first light I was up as I like it dark when sleeping. Not all of the lights in the bathroom were working, and the shower ( despite looking impressive with a few outlets) wasn't well maintained.

Serious issue with the drains, it smelt absolutely disgusting, and is likely a health hazard. Its a known issue, after contacting the owner they said the drains in that room smell when the wind blows a certain way, but smell was constant. Had to keep all windows open and plug drains to sleep.

Nice apartment with good view of the valley of temples. Not too far from main shopping area and restaurants. Andrea was very helpful and quick to respond to questions / enquires. Sent lots of of info on places to eat, drink, visit, etc on our arrival without being asked. This was very helpful and the recommendations that we did visit were excellent. Parking close by but spaces at a premium as town busy.

I stayed for 3 nights and had an excellent experience! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the room was very comfortable and well maintained. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The location is also great, with easy access to the center of Agrigento. I have absolutely nothing to complain about — I definitely recommend it and would come back without hesitation!
