Perfect location at the heart of Catania. All historic sites within 3 mins walking distances from hotel. Amazing manager! Since our flight was later in the night, he even approved us to stay as long as we can on our check out day!

"I suggest to change the lock"

Buongiorno e’ in accettabile le asciugamani e le pulizie bagni e stanza vengono fatte e date dopo tre giorni. Al momento della prenotazione non sembra di averlo letto che le pulizie erano fatte ogni tre giorni.

"Non consiglio a nessuno, il bagno puzzava, non si poteva dormire in quei condizioni"

Solo la posizione è vicino al centro.

La camera non era per niente pulita. Abbiamo dormito in un letto terribile, con un materasso assolutamente da cambiare. Il bagno era troppo piccolo: non riuscivamo nemmeno a muoverci dentro. La doccia era strettissima, molto vecchia e non pulita. Avevano lasciato solo un rotolo di carta igienica per due persone e due piccoli flaconi di shampoo: davvero una vergogna. La ragazza che ci ha consegnato le chiavi non era nemmeno in grado di dirci la password del Wi-Fi, dicendo che dovevamo parlare con il proprietario. Prima ancora che lasciassimo lo zaino, insisteva per avere subito i soldi del soggiorno…

No funcionaba la pava eléctrica, no había elementos para cocinar , jarro, cacerola,colador etc nada , solo un sartén viejo ,faltaban elementos de aseo personal ,jabón ,papel etc

La posizione trovo sia molto comoda. Praticamente sei in centro

Il bagno ci sarebbero cose da rivedere mettere dei ganci per appendere gli asciugamani e sistemare il box doccia
