"A home-away-from-home feel!"

Very nice and quiet area. The property was very well kept, felt very much like we were staying at home. If we venture back to La Spezia I will 100% be coming back to this property!

There is nothing really negative to say about the property. If anything, the proximity to the commercial train tracks make it noisy but when visiting La Spezia you are more than likely visiting Cinque Terre, so you will be out of the property for most of the day anyways!

It was very comfortable and affordable and Betty was very responsive to our needs. The room was cleaned everyday and water and snacks were replenished daily.

The property style was surprising, all rooms in one large apartment, similar to a hotel. The location wasn’t bad but the bus system took some working. Although there were snacks there wasn’t exactly a breakfast.

"Wonderful for accessing Cinque Terre and resting in between."

Comfortable and clean room. Host was lovely. Lots of lovely little touches as an additional extra. Super close to bus stops with busses to centrale station. Great location for accessing Cinque Terre! One of our favourite stays!
