"Great apartment with nice terrace"

Very cosy and clean room with nice terrace. I spent 4 nights and enjoyed the stay. The host Betty was very nice and check in was easy. Apartment was 20min walking distance to La Spezia Migliarina train station where you could take trains to Cinque Terre.

"Would stay again"

We like everything with our stay here, beautiful and clean room even a terrace connected to the room. We got a basket with free breakfast and free bottles of water in the refrigerator. The host is wonderful so helpful and we got a warmly welcome from her. We highly recommend to stay here and if we going back to La spezia we gonna choose this. We take the train to La spezia and don’t have a car but it’s was easy to take the train from the other station here in La spezia if you want to visit cinque Terre.

Beautiful rooms with all of the luxuries: great aircon, a big shower, comfy bed, snacks and mini bar. Really comfortable and we loved the balcony area too! The host was very helpful at check in!

The location was ok but not heaps of options nearby

The host was very helpful and nice. She contacted me before the arrival an welcomed us at the lobby. There were free bottles of water in a fridge and snacks for breakfast in a basket in the room. All in all very nice stay. The shower was huge and water pressure fine.

There seemed to be a bit of mold in the bathroom ceiling. Other than than nothing to complain about.
