Clean and pleasant place Late check in and check out

Came at 10 pm, the team in check-in didn't speak English, and it was difficult to communicate. We've received a letter with instructions in English and we've followed them.

"I felt like I was being taken to a prison camp. Worst decision to stay here after a month in Italy."

Bed very uncomfortable and a terrible shower you could barely get wet under. The sheet of paper I received said internet password on wall, nothing! Had to ring shuttle driver to find out password for me. Also waited over 2 hours for shuttle to pick me up from airport. For pickup back to airport I asked for a 7am pickup. At 7.20am I had to ring and ask where they were. Not good when you need to catch a flight. If I hadn’t of rung they wouldn’t have picked me up.
