The apartment was in a very good location everything was close to the house but inside the house was not comfortable too many mosquito and looks like the bathrooms was not clean after the last guest the bed was broken and a lot of stain dead mosquito stains on the wall,spider web everywhere in the house plus the air condition in the sleeping room was not working properly. I couldn't sleep with my 4 year old child because of the heat they need to check a d fix it.

Alot of mosquito and heat in the sleeping room the air condition was not work for me properly.but I enjoyed their ride to and from the airport that one was excellent.

It was close to the airport

Location to the beach and airport. Adequate for 1 night with a very early morning flight.

1 set of bath towels for 3 people to use. Light switche in the bathroom didn't work

Close to the airport and less than 5 minute walk to a nice beach and restaurants. Room is spacious and clean. Snacks and water/juice available in the fridge. Airport transfer (extra payment) was good.

I booked a triple room for two people (for the space) and confirmed in advance there would be two beds for myself and my (grown) daughter - there was only one (advised it was a King, but it wasn't) and I was advised I'd have to pay an addition 30 Euro for them to unlock upstairs to be able to have access to a second bed.

The location to the beach was less then 10 minutes to walk. Bed were comfy. Showers were hot and big. AC upstairs and downstairs that worked very very well. Had welcome drinks and snacks in the room when we arrived which was so kind. Coffee and coffee maker in the room! Shuttle brought us to check in which was quick then drove us straightnto our door and made sure everything was good to go.

Maintenence started cutting the grass at 8:30am which was a little annoying. Our shuttle was from roma termini (150€) and it took 40 minutes to meet up with the guy because he had to keep driving around to find a place to stop because lots of construction around there right now. We were tired and frustrated but it didn't affect our stay once we got there.

We needed a place near the airport for an overnight stopover in Rome. The villa complex is a bit worn and needs more maintenance, but it's clean and spacious inside. Its best feature is the location—just a 5-minute walk to a lively beach with bars offering good food, coffee, and drinks. It's close to the airport, and they provide a shuttle service for 20 euros each way. I left my drone on the shuttle, and was sure it was gone forever but they found it and returned it within the hour.

It's a bit on the pricey side, especially considering it's not an upmarket accommodation.
