Location is very nice in small quiet street, but You need extra time for find public car parking as usually in Italy:)

The place is perfect i enjoyed everything hope to be frequently each I'm in cagliari

The owner is really friendly and he arranged all the stuffs I asked for extra need.

So we liked general look of the room, it has very nice old and cozy vibe. It's nice we have separated bathroom and toilet + small wardrobe place. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi works well. Cleaning our room everyday was even too often but of course it was nice :)

A few things: - there is almost no daylight in the room. You have three windows - two of them go to small patios with wall against the window. The biggest one goes to terrace which is quite big but is kind of underground surrounded by walls. The only way to see the sky is to look up through the trees. - so there is a terrace with some chairs but there is no table out there so it makes no sense to sit there even to eat something. Then again if you would like to eat something, there is no plates or forks/knifes. That would be awesome if there were some simple plates to eat breakfast. There are coffee cups and kettle tough! - and finally - the water pump. Basically we were waking up several times every night because there is a water pump on the terrace, which turns on every time somebody uses water in bathroom/toilet in every room in the building (really often). And then again water pump was turning on randomly during the night. I was sleeping with my earplugs and I still heard it. That's like a complete killer for me regarding this place. When I am going on vacation I want to relax and sleep, not to wake up a few times during the night because of some noise behind window.
