Palazzo Chiara

A luxurious apartment, a combination of modernity and tradition, beautiful details in the interior, a large glass wall behind the bed overlooking a small patio. It's a pity that only 1 night, which did not allow us to enjoy this place. An elegant house, with a small front garden, with a decorative metal fence, a beautiful entrance (a kind of reception, with books on the shelves, looking like a library) in a quiet residential area.

Difficult to contact, only by phone or via messages on booking.com. When you are offline, you cannot respond to last-minute commands or requests from the owner. Awaiting payment by bank transfer 3 EURO (in our case for 1 day). Contrary to expectations, we left money on the desk in the room.

Good location, clean large apartment.

We did not get the room we booked, the resolution of the problem was pure disaster. We did not get any information about room change upfront, it took three days to acknowledge and admit that this happened. Zero excuse, no respect to the customer. I use booking.com for a years and never had a problem before. After all, we got 10 % refund, which I consider as a joke. So, if you gonna use Palazzo Chiara, I strongly recommend to ensure you get what you have booked and if not, call booking.com immediately to get the problem solved. We were promised to be refund if they find a mistake, when I disagreed with 10 % refund which I considered as not enought considering all the related - they have accused me that my goal is to sleep for free, gosh, this is behavior to accept?

Beautifully decorated room, comfortable bed, lounge area in a room with mini library, large shower cubicle.

Difficult to park the car. Dislike we stayed there only one night :)

Nice and clean space in great location, in the centre of Cagliari. Many pizzerias and restaurants in neighbourhood, close to supermarket. Most of atraction are in walk distance. The host is very friendly and helpful. Surely recommend!

Extremely loud roaring noise in the room. Fridge out of order, our food got wet.

The place is located in a good area, staff was nice and helpful and the room was clean.

The room had quite a lot of stuff in there and it felt a bit like we were staying in someone else’s house.
