Great location near train station in the old town.

Location, cleanliness

Getting access was extremely difficult. A key would work better, rather than access via an APP that did not work. A key was eventually provided, with thanks. Breakfast was a voucher to the local cafe, so I ordered an orange juice, a croissant and a coffee. But the manager said only one drink was permitted, so I skipped the coffee. This seems unreasonable if 'breakfast is provided'.

Central location to everything. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. We even learned to use the virtual key system. Regular contact with host. Host was prompt with replies and extremely helpful.

The owner was super nice and thoughtful, because I had late check out, I am really gratefull. The position is very central, next to the main square, few minutes from the train stop if you are coming from Florence. Small italian breakfast is included at the bar. Clean, there is WiFi and TV For sure, you shouldn't expect 5 starts hotel, but the price and quality correspond, much better and cheaper than staying in Florence. I don't know why people rating it low. BTW, after reading reviews, I went to have breakfast at Formica bar and it was good.

All good, the only little thing was a hairdryer (which was included and it's great!), but there wasn't an adaptor for it in the end I couldn't use it.

It was well situated in the old city, just off the central Piazza! The room was comfortable. The only thing that was a bit challenging was the smart phone electronic keys for entry. If people are not tech savvy it can be interesting. All in all a great place to stay!

location was very convenient, nice cosy room and the breakfast card was useful, staff helped well too when needed.
