"Nice, clean and cozy."

Location was perfect, bus stops just around the corner. Room was cleaned everyday, things like cosmetics and coffee/tea was always refilled in the morning, the host was very supportive, he recommended nice restaurants and other places in Lukka, commnication was very nice and easy. It was raining a lot while I was there so also umbrellas were available for guest.

The contact with the owner. The central location, near the station Clean. Quiet. Lucca. The restaurants, gelateria etc. advised by the owner. The people in Lucca

Not much daylight in the room itself, but I knew it before.

"Excellent stay"

Loved Lucca. Cristiano (fabulous host) met me at apartment with very clear instructions. Accommodation was in excellent location inside city walls. Walking distance to everything. Very clean and happy with apartment.

Great position. Close to everything. Nice room to return to after a day out. Quiet and everything you need. Cristiano was very helpful and recommended good places to eat. Clean and comfortable.

Slight odour in room.A tad musky.

"Great peaceful place, close to all the beautiful piazzas and restaurants"

Location was superb. About 2 - 5 mins walk to piazzas, Puccinis house, the S. Pietro gate into the city. Train station 10 min walk. The room was fresh, beautiful white, clean bedding. Very peaceful and quiet area. Cristiano met us at the property, even though flight delayed! He also led us to a restaurant nearby where they kindly served us a meal (Bastion Contrado)-at back of property. Cristiano was so helpful and attentive. The room/ shower was cleaned daily and bed remade. Lovely firm bed too, fresh towels every other day. We also had fridge for water, etc. There were two bottles in the fridge too on arrival. We were able to leave our case when we’d checked out too- which left us free to have a final walk around the beautiful Lucca.

Nothing! We didn’t have the kitchenette in our room, but we were only there for a few days, so wasn’t an issue. There was a kettle though.
