Great location right in the heart of the city. Very helpful instructions and local recommendations (although a lot was closed on Sunday/Mondays) Spacious room with lovely decor

Booking.com was misleading in indicating that the room had a microwave/ fridge. This was one of the main reasons we booked this room. We saw that other rooms had it, but we didn’t. Photos indicated that it did too, and I think the price was the same whether you had it or not.

Excellent location within the old walls of Lucca. Beautiful room with all the basic amenities. Our host went above and beyond to make us comfortable during our stay and offered some great recommendations of where to eat and explore. Would definitely stay again if returning to Lucca!

Facilities available for self service, but fantastic. Had a fridge to store items in. Had a microwave to heat things in. Hob to heat things too. Sink for washing utensils used Ideal for seeing to myself which I was happy with.

"Perfect short holiday"

The location was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, and Cristiano so nice and helpful. I would stay there again, next time in Lucca. Lucca is a beautiful, friendly and peaceful town.

The AC was a little noisy, but maybe that’s normal, I’m a little sensitive for noise in the nighttime.
