The size of the room and bathroom. I liked its location, I could walk easily to the station and around the town. The common room is a great idea, lovely to have a coffee, tea and something sweet available. The staff are very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Thank you. It was a little difficult to find but not too bad. I've included a photo of the little lane the entrance is on, the left side when coming from the waterway. Very close to the University.

Very clean everywhere, room was spacious and comfortable, hanging space plus a coat stand, beds comfy and very sturdy with feather pillows, small table and chair in the room, loved the common room where there was coffee water and snacks,
