The rooms were central and bars, restaurants and shops within easy reach.

Communication by text from host was very friendly and very good. Location was excellent with very clean and comfortable facilities with access to coffee bar.

Property was a little difficult to find initially. The host was easy to contact by phone but would have preferred to have been met by the host.

Location excellent. Cleanliness of room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen with fridge and breakfast stuff.

Mattress tired. Not really a river view as advertised.

Great place, spacious room with private bathroom, very nice decorated and cozy bed. Everything was sparkling clean, no noise through the heavy doors, and all needed amenities were present - bath products, breakfast, coffee. The building is very close to bus stations and train station to Venice, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very kind and let us leave our luggage and even have a late check out. Giovanna was really nice and kind to us. For us it was a great check in experience!

Monica greeted me warmly, friendly and made me feel quite welcome. The rooms and Apt were spotless. Rooms were very tastefully decorated. Conveniently located to everything. So nice to have a dining area open 24/7 for snacks and drinks.

Mattress could be better.

Excellent location, near the river and close to, but not directly in, the busier center. Our host was very responsive and sent us a lot of info on the city. This property is 3 bedrooms each with ensuite bath, and a common area to hang out, have a light breakfast & coffee with the supplies provided, and do laundry. We made a good choice.

Just 2 comments 1. Entry was slightly confusing. Check-in is unattended but host sends via WhatsApp the codes for the exterior door, and for the key safe at entrance to apartment. Photo of key safe did not show its cover, which confused us but luckily another guest was leaving and we got in. 2. Our room was one of two giving onto Vicolo Bartolan. Overnight it's quiet but expect a bit of road noise from the "ciottoli" (paving stones), as this tiny street is apparently a shortcut to the center. Not a big deal but did start about 6AM.
