La Nave

The host was fantastic. He helped make reservations for parking as well as for dinner. Was a real pleasure to deal with and very attentive. The property was clean and my wife and daughter thought it was really cute. There was a very cool roof terrace but unfortunately the weather was a bit cold and rainy during our visit.

Location was great, needed hairdryer replacing which was done promptly. Communication was good.

Lack of cleaning products. Washing up liquid soap etc. downstairs bedroom was cold and damp smell.

The location was perfect & the apartment was just right for our family of 4. Our host was extremely helpful & assisted us to the property which was very close to the train station.

Location in Vernazza was amazing. Within a few minutes walk of the train station. We were met at the train station and brought to the property and shown around, which was so helpful. The property is also beside a river and we loved the sound of that. There’s a roof terrace, which is amazing. The property is also very near Il Pirato della 5 Terre, where we enjoyed eating a few times.

The shower downstairs is more a wet room. The upstairs bathroom has a bath - this could be made into a shower too maybe, with a shower head and a panel at the side of the bath? But this is only a small thing. We really enjoyed staying in the property and loved coming back to it after a busy day.
