located on a quiet side street in historic center. Valentina and Vanessa were so lovely. They went out of their way to help us with parking and again with our bags at check out.

be aware that there is no elevator and two full flights of steps to get to the apartment. Valentina and Valeria were there to help with our baggage.

The cleaning ladies were very nice and did a wonderful job! Also allowed us to leave our luggage before checkin and offered earlier checkin! Super comfortable bed! Very clean, as I mentioned, well located in the city historical center, close to everything! Note for divers: there is no parking at premises, you're not allowed to enter the old city center by card on holidays, but there are free (white lines) parking spots outside the city center, 5-7 minutes walking distance.

Staff (Vanessa) was fantastic helping us with the luggage and check-in since there is no parking at the apartment; clean room with all required amenities; in-room coffee maker; great location close to all city attractions

Not able to drive to the apartment to unload/load luggage (because of city zone restrictions);

Loved the air conditioning, space and location of our room. Loved the roof top as well

The shower is so small, I’m only 5’3 and it was hard for me to shower, never mind my husband. I would’ve liked a full length mirror also
