La casa del Balivo

Très bon accueil d'Antonio, disponible et à l'écoute. Intérieur très propre, rénové et décoré avec soin. Terrasse confortable qui domine Dorgali avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Bien placé, dans le centre de Dorgali, plages proches.

La casa era una piccola reggia,antica residenza medioevale di un amministratore locale,ristrutturata con materiali antichi,mobili dell' epoca,nel centro storico di Dorgali,colazione ottima con anche prodotti del territorio ,camera grande e comoda,ampi spazi comuni,i proprietari disponibili e attenti,parcheggi pubblici vicinissimi in grande quantità,siamo stati benissimo

Nulla....non era disponibile la rete wifi ma forse è stato meglio così,avrebbe stonato in un ambiente così suggestivo

Il s'agit d'une grande et ancienne maison, avec quelques chambres et une cuisine commune pour le petit déjeuner. La maison est très belle et accueillante (voir les photos sur le site). Bonne situation géographique - Dorgali permet d'explorer facilement la montagne comme le golfe d'Orosei. Pour la voiture, on peut trouver des places gratuites dans une rue parallèle (le corso Umberto), à deux pas. Excellent accueil d'Angela et d'Antonio ; Antonio a pris le temps de nous donner de bons conseils et de nous expliquer longuement les curiosités à voir dans la région. Les chambres sont belles, calmes, excellente literie, bonne occultation de la lumière par les volets, et climatisation douce et silencieuse (un point important). La maison dispose également d'une terrasse agréable le soir, et sur laquelle on peut faire sécher le linge. Si nous revenons dans la région nous reviendrons certainement à cet endroit !

On ne peut utiliser la gazinière de la cuisine - nous n'avons donc pas pu nous faire cuire d’œufs durs (- mais bon, c'est vraiment un détail...)

Angela und Antonio sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Haus hat sehr viel Charme und die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich. Wir würden jedenfalls wieder kommen!

Beautiful, interesting house, with antique furniture, perfectly decorated, reflecting the passion and care of the owners, Angela and Antonio, who were very friendly and helpful. From the moment of the booking, Antonio provided us with lots of information about the parking, the location of the house and places of interest around the area. They were accommodating and available every time we needed something. Delicious breakfast, especially the fresh Sardinian sweets. The kitchen was equipped with everything, and there was a dedicated fridge for the guests to put their own groceries.

Too many stairs if you have heavy luggage, but not a problem with help.

The owners, Antonio & Angela were super nice, accommodating, and very helpful. The location of the flat is well situated being near several streets with restaurants, boutiques, tourist attractions. Communication via WhatsApp was easy and very helpful.

Location was amazing, very central. Beautiful home!!! The hosts were so friendly. Room was perfect size, AC was cold. I would love to come back when I visit Dorgali again. I came from Texas by myself. Price was very reasonable.

The shower could have drained better. Everything else was perfect.
