Grazia is amazing. Patient, lovely and very helpful. Room itself is spacious and clean. There is coffee and pastries in the room which becomes handy if you have an early start. There are shops and stores all around and only 15 minutes walk to the train station/touristy area. Definitely recommended.

There were no shampoos, which wasn't a big deal. There are super markets around and you can buy some. Thin walls with adjacent rooms. I had noisy neighbors :)
