"Great value guesthouse walking distance to Kyoto station!"

Ryoji’s house was so close to Kyoto station and great value for money. So great to stay in a traditional Japanese house. Everything was clean and we had all we needed for a great stay.

"Clean and comfortable, large space for everyone walking distance from Kyoto Station"

This was an absolutely charming place to stay. There are sleeping spaces for up to 8 people and both a Japanese and American dining space. We loved the full kitchen and the separate bathroom spaces. We chose this place for its close location to Kyoto Station, which was perfect for our needs. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Kyoto.

This place FAR EXCEEDED our expectations, including receiving a text from the host letting us know we could stop by in the morning to store our luggage in the lobby area. This was a huge lifesaver, and made our last day in Japan even more enjoyable.

La décoration, les équipements, la literie, l’agencement, tout est super bien pensé, idéal pour un séjour en famille ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par son propriétaire avec lequel la communication a été très simple

La localisation est pratique pour la gare (10 minutes à pieds) mais excentrée par rapport aux principaux sites d’intérêt de Kyoto : en bus compter 30 min pour le pavillon d’or, 30 min pour Gion, 40 min pour le chemin de la Philosophie, 30 min pour Arashiyama, donc il faut s’organiser!
