Location is great. It's a convenient walk to the station and bus stop. The place is also spacious. As travelers with a lot of luggages, space is pretty important for us.

"Great house for a family, with room for everyone."

Great location. Near a bus stop, but we found taxi or train easier for us. Well equipped house with lots of space for everyone. Basic but absolutely everything you need. We loved it!

Slightly larger towels would have been nice, but not a major!

"wonderful well equipped guest house. very comfortable."

Big house with very new bathroom and kitchen facilities. Great water pressure in showers and very big bedrooms. Would love to stay longer next time. Ryoji was a very friendly manager and allowed us to store bags in the house a little earlier before check in so we could explore Kyoto during the day. very cool kitchen storage btw.
