The location was great, it's close to restaurants, a ski center and an onsen; it was snowing when I visited so the heated mat under the futon made it extra comfy

The shared bathrooms and showers were not -my- ideal choice but they were super clean

Good location very clean. Traditional Japanese styling. Excellent communal kitchen. Helpful staff. Good Wi-Fi. Excellent restaurant across the road for traditional cabbage pancakes.

Walls were thin. Futons on floor would be hard for some people. The electronic room lock was noisy at night but good a key was not needed. Communal bathroom was right next door.

Clean, staff very helpful and great size rooms.

A small lounge in rooms would be great as staff were often on the lounge in the foyer

Location is superb 3min walk to lifts. Leisurely walk to main town and restaurants. Very clean. Helpful staff.

Very expensive for offering. Only 1 shower for 4 separate rooms. I'm not designed for futon! Staff supplied extra futon on request, but still uncomfortable. Lots of tedious rules, including no food or drink in rooms. Lounge area only 4 formal single seats.
