"Cosy and comfortable"

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They even helped me find a local doctor so I could get treatment within the hour. They know the area well and also give you a map with all the local facilities. The hostel is homely, warm and spotless. All guests were very considerate of each other and it was always peaceful there. I slept well every night despite being on the top bunk, the mattress and bedding provided was super comfortable. Plugs and lamps were available at each bed. The communal downstairs area (lounge and kitchen) also offers a good space where you can relax and socialise with your friends. There are multiple communal toilets and shower rooms available. I only had to wait about 10 minutes for a shower one night but otherwise I could always walk straight into one of them when I wanted to.

Facilities were cleaned every day and respectable patrons. The hosts were lovely and helpful

Male rooms could get humid and musky - however, they had humidifiers working on it

Lots of info on trips and a really classic hostel place with nice opportunities to meet people Friendly staff Sockets near the bed Good access to the city centre

My bed was quite thin and "worn out". Since amenities like AC cost (100¥/h I think?) the room was a little humid, but that was no problem for me. During the snow festival it was pricey for what you got

"Superb"

The environment is very nice and warm, and the landlord is very welcoming. Because of some reasons, I had to stay in Sapporo for two more days, but fortunately I felt at ease here.

Although it is a little distance from the subway station, but a few stops can reach jr, it is still very good and cost-effective.
