Very clean, large, modern dorm room. Toilet and shower in room, also very clean. Bed space was large. Owners were delightful. Elevator to get to floor. Roof top access.

Looked very new. Super clean great facilities (laundry, bike storage etc). Most comfortable futon bed I have slept on in Japan yet. Great place.

The location was good. They had free parking provided but limited lots. There was free coffee and tea at the eating area. The toilets and bathrooms were spotless, clean and well maintained. The futons, blankets and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well.

We stayed in the tatami style room. The door and walls of the rooms are very thin so we could hear clearly every word the people in the next room were saying. We were woken by someone’s alarm and people talking in the morning. Our room was next to the staircase and so we could hear people walking up and down all the time. The rooms get very bright in the morning as there are no curtains so those who are sensitive to this should be aware. There is only one shared toilet cubicle per floor (shared by 4 rooms) and while we didn’t have a real problem with it, it could take time to wait for your turn.

very nice rooftop views of Shimanami Kaido!!! lady who checked me in was so so kind!! facilities are great - toiletries (single use toothbrush with toothpaste, soap, shampoo), towels, hair dryer… there are power sockets and shelves inside your bed unit (I stayed in a dormitory room). everything is extremely clean, quiet and comfortable!

check-in hours are a bit late, but that fit my schedule perfectly as I arrived in Imabari around 16:45 — but mentioning that just so you can keep it in mind
